Natural Ways To Improve a Lack of Female Libido
Were you ever a tigress in the bedroom? Was your sex drive
just as crazy and wild as your mates? Have you and your spouse
noticed a drastic change? Has yes baby let’s do it turned to
no, sweetheart I have a headache? If you’ve answered yes to any
of these questions I hope the natural ways to increase a
woman’s libido that we’ve found will help you rediscover your
lost libido.
There are many reasons why a woman’s libido may have
decreased. Those reasons range from post-partum, stress,
depression, and menopause, boredom in the bedroom, your cycle
and many more reasons. Let’s talk about ways to make it
better.
1. Control your stress level- Does this scenario sound
familiar? You’ve been running around behind the kids all day,
whose ages range from a few months to a few years. In the midst
of that you’ve prepared dinner, tried to clean the house and do
laundry. By the time your husband comes home from work you’ve
just put the kids down for bed and it’s the first time you’ve
heard that mysterious quiet sound all day. Now he wants to do
what? Boy, please, you need to stop. You’ve barely had time to
wash your face and brush your teeth. You changed your pajama
bottoms but you forgot to change the top. You don’t feel sexy
shoot, you don’t even feel alive.
This is stress(ful) and for most women stress will cause
your sex drive to make a hasty exit out of whatever window is
available. Stress is something that we can have some control
over. You must find a better way to control the stress in your
life. It doesn’t matter if you are home with the kids or an
elderly parent or if you are out at a stressful job. Remember
everything doesn’t have to be done. The entire family will be
ok if you didn’t do the laundry today. If it’s been a
particularly stressful day instead of trying to make a five
course meal, make something simple or order out. The point is
you can leave some things for another day. Try to make the kids
bedtime earlier so you can have some me time before your spouse
comes home. And take a little break at different points in the
day to help you relive stress.
2. Liven things up- Boredom in the bedroom is a top reason
for low libido. This has been known to happen if you and your
partner have been together for a while. You can try setting the
mood. Don’t just go into the room and do the same old same old.
Who says sex has to always be in the bedroom? Try out some new
places in your home to add some spice to thing. Go out and have
a spa treatment. If you look good you feel good. Purchase a new
negligee and on your way home stop by the adult store and try
some new toys. As far as the toys are concerned start small.
You don’t want to scare your spouse! Date your man! Go back to
what you all did when your libido was jumping off the roof.
Experience quality time with just you and your mate. Reconnect
to each other on a level that we sometimes forget is
needed.
3. Try some herbs- There are many herbs that have been
proven to help a woman’s libido increase. When trying this
method just remember what works well for one woman won’t
necessarily work for you and that’s ok. Just keep trying until
you’ve found something that works for you. A couple of libido
increasing herbs are: ginger, Don Quai, Avena Sativa and aloe.
When trying herbs remember to talk to your health care provider
to be sure that the herbs won’t conflict with any medication or
medical conditions.
4. Get in shape and change your diet- Changing your diet and
exercising is good for you all around. It helps you physically
but it also gets the blood moving around. It clears your mind
and helps you to focus. Certain foods have been determined to
help in this area: bananas, oysters, avocado, basil,
pomegranate, figs, garlic and celery.
